Maybe you wouldn’t eat them, but you have to admit that they are pretty cute. The so-called flag pizzas are a work of Jen from Tiny Urban Kitchen. She wanted to do a little food traveling project where she makes mini pizzas that looks like flags from the countries that she has visited. As you can see she has traveled to a lot of places, hence the great number of flag pizzas.

How simple things can soften up boring fences

Is there anything more boring than fences? Cold and gray iron fences or three planks placed after one another. So it is just brilliant that someone has taken something so boring and made it look interesting. That someone is Dutch design house Demakersvan, and they have called this project The Lace Fence. The metal fences that they have been using are now shaped like flowers.

Scott Wade – a talented artist, who like every creative and curious person can’t resist a dirty rear car window. Wade started to produce simple hearts or phrases such as “Wash me, you dirty fellow” on the windshields and windows of cars. A seaworthy 3.5-meter chocolate boat made by a French chocolate maker Georges Larnicol set sail in Concarneau port, western France, on September 25, 2010. The 1.2 ton boat, built in the Larnicol’s workshop, is entirely made of chocolate excepted the frame which is made of sugar. The Birtish Micro-sculptor Willard Wigan is known all around the world for his miniature sculptures that are invisible to the naked eye. For his micro sculpture, he uses a small surgical blade to curve his minuscule figure from grains of rice, sand and sugar and painting them with a single fine hair.

Peter Root made this amazing city model using a bunch of stacked staples. He decided to call it Ephemicropolis. As you can see, he needed a plenty of patience and time to create such magnificent model. There is a whole ‘forest’ of buildings and skyscrapers of different size. He made this model of city from about 100,000 staples on the surface of 18 square meters.

Amazingly enough Leonid was born in the same town as Marc Chagall, the famous artist who also founded the Vitebsk Art School along with Malevich & Kandinsky. Leonid Afremov graduated from Vitebsk Art School in 1978 and is one of the elite members.
